Site Visit & Assessment

We visit your property to understand the space, identify challenges, and start thinking through solutions. For new construction, we review the lot and any existing plans.

Week 2–3

Scope & Budget Alignment

We put together a detailed scope of work and budget. This is where we make sure your vision and your budget are aligned. Honest numbers, no hidden costs.

Week 3–4

Project Kickoff

Contract signed, materials ordered, schedule locked. You'll get access to the 52 Build app so you can track every milestone in real time.

Ongoing

Weekly Updates & Communication

You'll never have to wonder what's happening. Weekly progress updates, photo documentation, and direct access to your project manager through the app.

Completion

Final Walkthrough & Handoff
